Service Description
The 8-week chakra learning program offers a comprehensive approach to understanding and balancing the seven main chakras, incorporating discussion, yoga, breath work, sound, mudras and guided meditaiton. This program offers twice weekly sessions. The first session we will explore the concept of chakras, their significance, and their roles in well-being. The next session will be a blend of practices to integrate and embody the chakra elements within the mind, body and spirit. Week 1: Begin with grounding exercises, yoga poses, mudras and more to connect with the Root Chakra, focusing on stability and security. Week 2 centers on the Sacral Chakra, incorporating hip-opening yoga poses, breath work, and affirmations to enhance creativity and emotional balance. The third week delves into the Solar Plexus Chakra, using core-strengthening yoga poses, powerful breath work, and affirmations to boost personal power and confidence. Week 4 emphasizes the Heart Chakra with heart-opening yoga poses, loving-kindness meditations, and mudras that promote love and compassion. In Week 5, focus on the Throat Chakra by incorporating breath work, sound healing, vocalization techniques such as chanting, and throat-focused yoga poses to improve communication and self-expression. The sixth week centers on the Third Eye Chakra, using guided meditations, visualization exercises, and specific yoga poses to enhance intuition and insight. Finally, Week 7 explores the Crown Chakra with meditation practices, crown-opening yoga poses, and sound vibrations to connect with spirituality and higher consciousness. Week 8 will culminate in total chakra yoga flow that will also include mudras, sound healing and breathwork learned in the previous weeks. This program provides a holistic foundation for chakra balancing and personal growth, encouraging the integration of these practices into daily life for ongoing exploration and well-being.
