I am a grateful partner with my husband of over 35 years, a proud mom of four grown adult children and a devoted dog mom!
As a true GEMINI to the core, you may find me enjoying any number of activities, passions, interests and hobbies on my own or along with my family and friends.
My greatest joy comes from sharing what I learn and know with others I love and know, however, I am equally driven to extend this joy to those who get to know me through my work, podcast, website, and writing.
I have a deep desire to make a positive impact in our world and envision a planet filled with unity, and infinite vitality.

I do this in a variety of ways - and it all begins with a conversation. From there, my intuition and skill-set allow me to quickly zero in on the learning, embodiment, healing practices and programs that align with you right where you are, and as you are.
